Salary Problem

I'm was working in an e-commerce company in pune, the owner of company hold my payment and give me nonsens reasons. so what should i do?

sir file complain against the company before the regulatory authority or else labour commissioner of your state

send him a legal notice first and ask him to comply with the conditions and if not adhering then file a complaint before legal commissioner

As per your concern, I would suggest that you file a complaint for the same in a Labour Court and challenge the company for its failure to provide with your payment.

Your business transactions can be used to proof the fault, so go ahead with filing the matter in a Labour Court and claim what's yours!
