I had joined soft service mgmt service year ago,due to my mothers by pass surgery I had to resign in short notice & also my boss had put false blame on to me & also gave few information after my resignation.I was demanding him a padholder for the machine since Oct09.In feb10 he had sent brush pad which was never required & not suitable to our machine.He had put debit to my salary for Rs.9500/-without any sort of intimation to me.He never gave me any assistant butn wanted me to work as labour/accountant/manager/supervisor etc.Now when I was badly in need of money,he is giving excuse as notice period was short.He asked me to give charge on mail,so I did,but again some excuses.How to get my salary & IOU money balance with him & unjustified fine.Kindly guide me.Thanks
