Salary not given

i m working in last 8 month ca firm than i got other job in corporate company i told my ca i will joint Monday to that company. i have given notice 7 days but he was not Giving My Last Month Salary what can do ?

Write under proper acknowledgment to supply the salary slip and salary.

File a suit

Send a legal notice and file a suit thereafter.

Let employer reply in writing to you.

Everyone has suggested to send a notice before filing a suit. Unless you provide us more details (nature of work, designation, nature of comany, number of employees, last drawn wages etc.) it is difficult to give further advice.
