I Posted an Incomplete address , I thought that my email would be enough for reply

Why do you get scared of any action against an information sought under the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 ? No action can be initiated by SPIO / PIO for the information asked by you.
If you have mentioned incomplete address / mobile number in the application the response shall never reach you. Why did you like that ?

There is no purpose of asking information through RTI act if you have furnished incorrect or incomplete details/address of yours, instead you could have remained silent without wasting your time and energy on it.
