CAN WE CLAIM FOR CUSTOMER DETAILS FROM CELLULAR COMPANY GIVING THE MOBILE NO.UNDER RTI ACT..IF POSSIBLE WHO IS THE APPROPRIATE OFFICER

Since it is a private company, you can not invoke RTI Act.


Even in the case of BSNL or MTNL you can not ask for information regarding other customers details since these are meant to be private and confidential.
