Hi friends, A RPFC Case was filed at high court as the maintenance for the kids was enhanced from Rs. 8000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month per kid.
My gross salary is Rs. 2,60,000/ per month and ex-wife salary is Rs. 96,000/ per month. Now both are re-married. I have 2 more kids and she has a 3rd kid. My 2nd wife is housewife. My ex-wife husband is an employee with Rs.96,000/
Court asked to submit assets and liabilities to both. The education including hostel expediature of the kids is Rs3,00,000/ per year and other expediture (pocket money.. etc) isabout Rs 60,000 per year. Totally kids required Rs.30,000 per month.
Judge dictated in the open court as Rs. 20,000/ to be paid by husband and Rs. 10,000/ to be paid by mother based on their salaries respectively.
Finally in the ORDER it has come the whole amount to be paid by Husband.
Now kindly suggest the case to be filed in the Highcourt. (Reviev petition. Or any other case.).
