Roaster significance

Hey,

If a person is being penalilised u/s 420 and has requested for anticipatory bail u/s 438, but the same was rejected by the Hon'ble judge at that time. Since than, their is a change in roaster and a new judge shall be on the bench.

My question is will the same judge be looking into the said matter or the judge at present as per the latest roaster will be hearing the case.

Thank you.

Once the new judge comes on the Bench, the old Judge will not function.  All the cases which are existing by the time of his taking position of the new Judge, shall be dealt by the new judge only.
