Road blocked to smasanam

Dear Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice in my village , we are using an road for Land and Death crimination , which has been blocked by the patta land owners, the said was using by the public over 50 yrs and more, now due to policitcal rivelry beside the road land owners has blocked the road and kept fencing, the parties has gone for LOKAYUKTHA in year 2025, till now no solution , We met MRO he said that the case is in Lokayukth we cant do any thing like that , so please please guide in this issue
