Right to Privacy

Good afternoon,
how a neighbour can be restrained from following every activity of mine now and then?

Whether a neighbour have any right to stop any construction for water pipe line, even after considered by Officials?

Thanks and Regards
Swapna

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about a neighbour's intrusive behaviour and their right to interfere with essential services like water pipelines. It clarifies that neighbours do not have the right to monitor your activities or obstruct necessary construction on your property. Advice is given to approach local authorities, including the police and water administration, to resolve such issues and protect your privacy and property rights.

Hello,

Neighbour cannot have any right your property. He cannot interrupt water line meant for your use. You can approach local police station against him for interrupting water pipe.

Bring the notice to the water pipe line administration authorities. They will enquire and put the case on your neighbour.
