Me and my wife are living seperately from my parents since 2014. We live on Rent around 3-4 place.
Now we have dispute and my wife first complain in police for fighting. They took me police station and present the SDM next day. I get bail and go to fy freind house. Next day he dont allow me yo enter the house. I call the police but the nothing done. He captured my phone and documents everything which was on my house.
And my wife apply in Domestic Violence Act.She is asking to residing in flat which is on my mother name.
To built the pressure, she complain my parents and sister and their husband in report.
Can he claim and be successful to enter in my mother house.
please suggest.
In whose name is the property ? Is it self acquired ot inherited ?
