Right to claim father's share

I am the 3rd Son to my parents. My father is executing a settlement deed in favour of 3 sons to have 1/3rd equal rights over the 3 floor house where we live, allocating currently occupied 1 floor per son. I would like to know if I have a right to claim for a settlement in the Private Limited Company run by family members like father and other 2 sons. This company was started by my father's uncle who has transferred 100% to my father, later 2 of my brothers joined this company. Since I have been denied opportunity to step into the family business, I have gone way off into other business and consulting activities. Do I have a right to claim for shares in the family company. If so, what % of compensation or value can be claimed.

Please guide me.
