My grand father died some 10 years ago, at that time, I performed all the last rites of my grand father.
Last week i came to know that according to hindu customs one who perform the last rites of a person is entitled to claim right in property of the deceased person. Is it true?
Actually my grand father died, his pension account is lying in bank so someone suggested me to claim that amount from the bank.
Please advice.
