Right of the Son

What is the right of the Son on the property owned by his father but constructed by him?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies a son's legal rights to property owned by his father. Generally, a son has no automatic right to his father's property during the father's lifetime, regardless of any investments made by the son for improvements. While joint ownership grants rights, improvements to self-acquired property may only allow for a claim on the invested amount, and even this is uncertain.

If it is joint then he has right ,if it is father's self acquired  though he has invested for improvement then he can claim for that amount ,that too doubt.

Son has no right over the father's property during his life time irrespective of fact that he has made investments on it.
