Right of handicapped disable person

I am a 32 year old person with a low vision which is hundred percent I can't travel by my own and always have to depend on someone else for my daily commute and everything.

I own a ancestral property on which there are tenants living from long time of same community and surname now they have gathered in group and decided not to give me rent.

Because my disability is obvious they know I can't fight with them and whenever I take help of police they come together and say I am the one who create problems and start fights which is not true and threatens me to lodge complaint saying landlord is harassing tenants.

Now what are my legal rights as a disabled handicapped person?

Also my sister is handicapped and we have no other source of income decide rent.

What to do please help Needed.

You should file an application before the rent controller, just evict them as they are defaulters. You need also to take help of your neighbours or socail workers.

File an eviction suit. In case you are co-owners file take concurrence with other co-owners as well.
