Yes daughters have equal rights in fathers property. Property inherited by father shall be distributed equally between sons and daughters i.e., legal heirs

Yes , under the Hindu Succession ( amended ) Act 2005, daughtersl have the same right to their father's/mother's property as the son and their marital status have no bearing on their right to claim their share in self acquired or ancestral property.

Do you want a  clarification towards agricultural property or non agricultural property?

Because both are covered by different laws in respect share to daughters in both the states.

You may revert with specification.

Consequent upon incorporation of amendment in Hindu Succession Act, 2005 daughters stand on equal footing with sons in ancestral / intestate property of father.

Very well advised by experts, I fully agree with them.
