Mrs X is widow of Mr Y, she has no children. Can she claim the property of Mr Y’s father. Mr Y ‘s father is still alive. Now if Mr y’s Father give way his self acquired property by way of will or gift to his other son. Then what option will remain for Mrs X? All are Hindu.

Mrs X cannot claim on the Self aquired property of her FIL he has full rights to 'Will' the property as per his wishes to anyone.
