My tender for work was allotted to me and due to fails in deposit of BG, my EMD of the work has been forfeited and now I started the work but department not allowing to revive my BG and agreement. Plz help in restoration.

Hello,
Your contract will be governed by tender conditions. Consult with local advocate on tender agreement.
In my opinion, after furnishing bg they should have revive the agreement.
