I have been selected by a US based private equity firm to hire in India. I was looking for a good lawyer based in Mumbai to review the agreement and see my interest are safe guarded. I need the opinion mainly on how can I build up severance package in case of termination less than 12 months
Further somebody can help me if these agreement need to be registered in Mumbai court. The company is LLC but the agreement is governed by India law
