Review application

Review application not taken for hearing in madras high court. Application filed before 3 months. What can i do now.

Quick Summary
An applicant is seeking advice after their review application, filed three months ago, has not been taken up for hearing at the Madras High Court. The registry cited the need for judge approval before listing, a reason deemed invalid by other users. Suggestions include coordinating with the Registrar Incharge and ensuring the application was presented before the appropriate bench.

What is the reason given by registry / Court for not taking your petition for review ?

Vague and incomplete facts, consult your lawyer.

Reason given by registry is they need to get approval from the concerned judge before listing

Invalid reason.

The registry has no such powers to stop accepting and listing any petition / application. Coordinate with Registrar Incharge.

Did you mention it before appropriate bench ?
