this my family problem .one of my relative with the help of other person created a 6 years back dated cash receipt by pasting revenue stamp and duly signed on it and asking the amout to return back. i heard that the revenue stamps series will change in very year. if it is correct i want to know which year that stamps are manufactured. Can any body help me in which department i has to approch in hyderabad to know about the series that revenue stamps.
