Resignation

An employee applies for another job but he doesn't inform his current employer due to his ignorance. Then he is selected for the job. He resigns. Whether his resignation be accpted or not? pls reply

He must take relieving order from the previous company/employer. Then only he will be secured in future. Atleast now he can inform to the previous employer get the no dues certificate or relieving order. It is safe site for employees.

The resignation can be without permission and notice....

The moment employee has resigned he/she has ended the employment........
