The process of company registration is governed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The fillings for the company Incorporation are done online through the website of www.mca.gov.in . The Incorporation process takes minimum 12-15 working days and the process is divided in days which are mentioned as under:

  • Digital Signatures – It takes only one day to prepare DSC.
  • RUN (Name application) – The name approval is provided within 2-3 working days by MCA.
  • Drafting of MOA-AOA & Necessary documents - There are supporting documents which needs to be attached in the SPICe form. The documents are like Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, INC-9, DIR-2 which is required to be signed by the respective Directors or promoters. Hence, it takes around 2-3 days for drafting the same.
  • SPICE Form– MCA takes around 4-5 working days to approve SPICe form. MCA will provide the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN & TAN of the Company along with the approval.

It is better to seek professional services of a local lawyer or chartered accountant for getting the company registered as private limited.
