If in any case of 420 any accuse got the bail from high court or supreme court then can another accuse in the same case got the bail from remand magistrate or CJM/DJ court or not?

Sections are important in this bail issue.
If there is 120(B) is joint with the Section 420 for the same case - then an accused has advantage to plead for bail on the ground of bail grunt by HC or SC. Additionally activities of the non-bailed accused involved in that case is also a point.
