My client demanding the sale deed from property owner
My client gives 80%payemnt to property owner against agreement to sale
Then i am advocate send notice to property owner for complete the sale deed
But client not in patience client direct goto the property owner and demanding money against agreement to sale and property owner gives 3,00,000 rs to client
So I send notice for to the complete the sale deed
So what to do
Because client collect the money

If your client is not cooperating with you for the steps taken by you on his behalf then you cannot be able to continue your client's case, hence you may call the client and return the case papers to him and ask him to deal with the same on his own.
