Reopen case

PLS I WANT TO OPEN A CASE IN THE LABOUR COURT, COS THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT DISMISSED CASE AS VICTIM WAS NOT PRESENT IN COURT DUE TO PANDEMIC, WHICH CASE LAWS CAN I USE

You have to file petition u/o 9 r 9 cpc supported by affidavit stating therein the sufficient cause for not attending the court on hearin date .Ifcourt satisfies the cause mentioned in petition then your case will be restored.

Where everywhere there is 'No adverse order' resolution took place, how can the labour court is passing adverse order and that too in this pandemic! Strange! Where one our ESIC court judge himself is a corona effected, how can we ourselves are invincible!

Please give restoration petition before the Ld. Court, because you have valid reason.
