Go take an EC,what do u mean by secured dealing u said u want to take a Flat for rent isnt it?

by secured dealing i mean that i dont want the landlord to trouble us in any way after renting his flat to us.
and i also wanted to know can the rent papers be registered ?

though the property is mortgaged it does make difference to the tanent.by the what type of property is that weather vacant plot,flat , or agricultural land?
