I have given rental agreement as my address proof for passport...
In rental agreement my name is Ashwathy H(official name)
But in passport form it is Ashwathy Harikumar
Is it valid?
If the passport is in conformity with your AADHAR / Voter card / Qualification certificate it is legally valid, or else file correction application and submit the documents that show your name correctly.
