Hi All, I want to rent my house in Chawl which has gone for SRA redevlopment, but for past 7 years no activity of redevelopment has happened. Can i rent my house on "Leave and License" agreement & make sure that no tenant take undue advantage & make house on his name. I want to make sure that I should get home of 269sq.ft. under SRA as and when redevlopment happens & till that time I give it on rent. Please advice.
