Sir,
i have a flat in mumbai being occupied by a tenant under Maharashtra rent control act ,he is unmarried and has no cchildren.currently the flat is being occupied by him only. Of late few people claiming to be his relatives have come to stay at above premises ,claiming to take care of the aged tenant.i doubt this and worry that they may occupy the flat and claim it to be theirs.wht precaution can I take to prevent any future hassles .Also is their any legal way to prevent them from accessing the flat.
