sir, I have farm land in my village. when my father died in 1998, my father's so call second wife claimed the land. But we won at tahsidar, also we got succession certificate from district court in 2002. in 2007, we sold some land and again that lady filed the case in Junior division and obtained status quo claiming that she and her son are the legal heirs. in last 11 years, they have not produced even single evidence. we have submitted our succession certificate and all the relevant documents in court. her sister in law given statement in court that she was present for that marriage. also gramsevak given the statement that I have registered the boys name with my
father's name. i think these are not valid proofs. now the issue is encroachment (taba in marathi) as so many years passed. I have to sale land. can anyone guide me? my land is at parner district ahmadnagar.
