Remedy- suit

The suit for specific performance of contract was dismissed. Possession is with agreement Holder. Can the agreement holder file a suit for return of money paid? What are further remedies?

Dear querist,

If suit for specific performance is dimissed then it is not possible to file another suit. However read the judgment and file appeal. Appoint expert advocate as existing advocate failed to conduct case properly.
