Thanks for respond, I would like to know if such religious trust property goes to promote , the share of area which trust receive, how that area is to be allocated among the family members? Our trust deed (1930& 1938) says only male heirs in family line will become the trustee . Now in the light of 2005 's Hindu Succession Law the area under trust if registered in name of the trust itself , how can the allocation of living areas of family members will be organized?

The question of Hindu succession does not arise here. As per the trust deed, only the MALE heirs in the family line will become trustees. Or, the present trustees may amend the Original Trust Deed.
