Hi,
Due my poor performance as I said by my boss, I was asked to resign and leave the company with 1 month notice period. Respecting the same i resigned the next day and it is almost 15 days over now, they havent confirmed my resignation and also am yet to receive my relieving date. Can some one suggest me how to tackle this situation as i need to relieving in another 15 days time to plan as per schedule.

since 1 month notice is given, wait further 20 days to get relieving letter. then you can proceed with other establishment.

Sir, I have resigned almost 20 days back and still I havent received the date. Thats the problem
