With indemnity bond when ever court orders you have to produce before court the stolen property.

In case of Release of Stolen property from Court, An application u/s 452 of the Criminal Procedure Code is to be submitted to the Concerned Court. Relevant documents signifying ownership are to be attached with the Application.
