Release Deed Checklist - Tamil Nadu

Hi Everyone - Can you please clarify the below.

My father died without any will for his self earned property (house bought on 1958) in Tamil Nadu.

There are Eight First Level Legal Heirs (first wife's 2 sons, second wife, second wife's 4 daughters, second wife's 1 son) including me.

All legal heirs are ready to relinquish their rights To Me considering some money.

To execute a relinguishment(release) deed,
1. what are the documents required?
2. is legal heir certificate mandatory? My VAO rejected my legal heirs certificate request recommending to apporach court because of two wife's.
3. Can we execute a release deed without legal heirs certificate in any other way?

Looking forward for your suggestions.

Regards, Mageswaran..

Understand the limitations of the forum in giving you precise guidance where drafting of a deed is vital for enforceability.  Contact an advocate or contact Legal Services authority for proper guidance and for getting a legally valid deed that can not be challenged in future.

Consult and engage a local lawyer for necessary advise and proceeding.
