What is your problem / dispute / locus standi qua book for registeration of a document with SR,  prima facie it is either a time pass or examination hall question paper, isn't it ?

Firstly I have a situation  where 3 brothers have released their undivided share to one brother by way of released deed who becomes absolute owner

Question was release deed can be considered as parent deed ?if Consideration is shown

Since bk-1 registration requires certain rules under TPA

We are professionals no time pass here please be informed Mr. JCV

The release deed is a transaction pertaining to immovable property hence it should be registred in book I only
