Yes, it shall be registered in Book.1 as the property shall be mentioned nowadays in the document.

What is your problem / dispute / locus standi qua book for registeration of a document with SR, prima facie it is either a time pass or examination hall question paper, isn't it ?

Firstly I have a situation where 3 brothers have released their undivided share to one brother by way of released deed who becomes absolute owner
Question was release deed can be considered as parent deed ?if Consideration is shown
Since bk-1 registration requires certain rules under TPA

The release deed is a transaction pertaining to immovable property hence it should be registred in book I only
