Release deed

Dear experts,

I am living in Tamil Nadu state. We are in Hindu family. My father  had  200 squire feet Ancestral land in my village.  My family having  total 4 members excluding my mother. That is Me, my father  and my 2 elder sisters. During my father life time he got release deed from my 2 elder sister. They got money and execute release deed  In favor of ME and My father. After getting release deed from their  Me and My father got 100 squire feet land rights for each person.

My father expired in 2018 during his life time he did not execute any document for me for his 100 squire feet land.

Now  my question is

1. My mother is still Live. shall I request my mother to execute release deed or settlement deed for my father 100 squire feet land, She is willing to give 100 squire feet land to me.

2. My elder sisters already executed release deed for their  50 squire feet land for each person and got money for that release deed.

Now  my worries is My 2 elder sister is shall have rights in my father 100 squire feet land or they have already got money for before executed release deed hence they have no rights in my father 100 squire feet lands.

Kindly advise me to  the above issue.

                                                                                      Thanks

Vague and confusing facts can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige.

Why did your father got release deed executed from his 2 daughters in favour of himself as well as yourself ?

What is the status of subject property at the time of execution of relinquishment deed and share of your 2 elder sister ?

Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts / documents and professional advise.
