Release deed

Hi.

After executing Release deed by co-owners, can Releasee sell the property solely on his own without the signature of old co-owners?

Kindly provide opinion.

Once your co owner released his/her rights then you are absolute owner of the property and you have right to do your own normally .Anyhow show the documents to local lawyer and seeking advise and act accordingly

If co-owners have relinquished their share in questioned property in favour of you by registered relinquished deed then you being an absolute owner have every right to sell, mortgage, gift or transfer the property to anyone.
