Release deed

Hi i have a case filed in the AC court on the property petitioner stating we are not divided but they have released & divided in with the release deed on a stamp paper done by stamp vendor but unregistered release deed signed on stamp paper. The divided property is mentioned same in the Will Document made which is registered the opposite lawyer says the released deed is unregistered .. So please help me in this case..
