Relaxing AB condition

I got AB in high court, minimum how many days I should report police station to relax the bail condition

condition will be given on bail order.

It is mentioned untill further orders. Is there any minimum days that we should report police station. Then can we apply for relaxation.

Look into the order of court.

Also check with your own LOCAL counsel that has secured you AB.

If you wish you may atach the order.

Erase all names/logo/addresses etc before atatching to maintain the confidentiality before attaching or sending to anyone.

you can approach the court for relaxation of the condition after 30 days or after filing of the charge sheet .

After the charge sjeet is filed by the police the condition becomes infructuous unless specified by the court at the time of granting such order in a Bail.
