Relating to safdarjung hospital

Can anyone please help me how to file complain again staff of safadurjung hospital when they misbehave a lot.
My relative is cancer patient there.

Did you raise the issue with doctors/ senior staff of the Hospital ?

Vashista sir,

Senior doctors come very rarely and we say our problem to them and they take some actions. But other doctors and nursing staff talk very rudely and misbehave.
