I want a lowyer I have resigned from 12 Jan 2023 ITBP paramilitary force, I want to rejoin in ITBP I have send a latter to ITBP headquarters, my batalian and recruitment board Frontier, they didn't reply, I have send latter in 15feb 2023 please suggest me how can I rejoin..,?

A govt servant can be allowed to join (i) within three months and if (ii) joining is in public interest.
No compulsion on administration to allow him back.
please clonsult properly before burning money on litigation.
