My wife did a FIR one year back of false 489A and 3/4 dowry act, my AB is pending in high court, till date charge sheet is not prepaired, some one is telling me that after FIR police should submit the charge sheet within 3 months otherwise we can proceed for regular bail in lower court and court will provide the regular bail as charge sheet/case diary is not submitted yet(within three month) by the police?
