Hi
I am running a small child care centre (day care) in Bangalore for 2 years now. I want to know whether this business falls under SSI. Or else, which is the category of Industry it will fall in? What are all the benefits available to this business by registering as SSI or any other relevant sector?

To my knowledge, it comes under Shops and Establishment Act.

I read somewhere about creches being introduced as Small Scale Service & Business (Industry related) Enterprises. Can you pls share any idea about the same?
