Registration of Notary Land

Hello All

I have purchased a house built on notary land in 2014 and we have the electricity bill and property tax registered on mother's name and also water bill and even the house address is also alloted to the House
we also have the link documents for last 20 years.
I want to have registration done for this property.
please let me know the process.
