My brother lives in the abroad. He bought a plot, and the sale was registered using Form 32A of the Registration Act. Both my brother and my mother signed the Form 32A, listing my mother as his representative. However, my mother did not sign any other documents related to the registration except the Form 32A. Is that valid?
