You can obtain the Formate of Association Byelaws from the District Registrar office of your District or online. For Bank SC/ST employees Welfare Association, it requires at least 7 members for the committee. You have to mention some at least five objects/aims of the association and address of the society. And Rules and Regulations of the association have to be mentioned. You obtain the model byelaw from registrar office and they will tell the procedure.
