registered GPA validity in court of law

Dear all,
Mr Balakrishna purchased plot through registered GPA holders in 1988, under GPA document no 241of 1987.

In 1994, I have purchased the same, now plot is not traceable on ground, as on date land owner, seller and GPA holders are not living or not traceable, hence, kindly advise the above registered GPA is still valid in the court of law for any disputes.

Whether the principal (grantor) of GPA i.e., vendor (owner) of the property has got sale deed registered at the time of finalisation of sale/ pruchase transaction ?

Registered GPA remains in enforcement till it's cancellation or principal's lifetime.

GPA is registered in 1987 and sale transaction happened in 1988 to 1st buyer and I 2nd buyer in 1994, now land is under dispute, hence asking validity of GPA.
