Is it compulsory for central government employee to re register private vehicles at the state RTO to wherever they are posted.If the vehicle is registred in harayana. and the officer is posted in andhra pradesh.Will he have to get NOC from both the state and get registered in AP also. or he can continue with the harayana one..... pl if possible give the reference Motor Vehicle act also.
