REGARDING RTI IN COURT

sir can I take all case documents under rti act 2005.
I want to take copy of 156(3) crpc complain for FIR registration against me.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores obtaining court documents, specifically a copy of a 156(3) CrPC complaint used for FIR registration, under the RTI Act 2005. While official certified copies can be requested if a case is filed in court, the RTI Act might not provide copies of such complaints. The general principle is that RTI can be used for desired information, but specific document access may have limitations.

If the case is filed before court then you can file a copy application to obtain certified copies officially.

In a RTI application you can have desired information and document.

However, copy of complaint u/s 156 against you, may not be provided.
